The newly launched chatbot is set to be compatible with popular platforms like MetaMask, X, Facebook, Gmail, and major Aptos wallets. Pontem aims to equip users with effective and updated information, providing insights into the Aptos blockchain and Move programming language.
Boasting an impressive lineup of crypto-focused investors, including Faction, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Pantera Capital, Aptos Foundation, Wintermute, Altonomy, Shima Capital, and Kraken Ventures, Pontem recently secured an additional $6 million in funding, bringing its total funding to $10.5 million.
Positioned as a valuable resource for both crypto newcomers and seasoned traders navigating the volatile market, Pontem’s chatbot employs a mix of curated data. This includes Pontem’s proprietary content, on-chain data, and contributions from Aptos Foundation and other leading blockchain projects covering Move, Ethereum DeFi, and more.
Alejo Pinto explained the approach, stating, “We’re using a mix of curated data that includes Pontem’s own content, on-chain data, content by Aptos Foundation, and top blockchain projects that cover Move, Ethereum DeFi, and more.” He emphasized continuous testing of the model through data loops, creating a valuable and up-to-date resource for the crypto industry.
Acknowledging the existence of other chatbot options, Pontem’s team believes their product stands out due to its comprehensive capabilities. The chatbot offers a broader range of features compared to competitors, providing crypto traders with swift updates on breaking news, price fluctuations, and on-chain metrics.
With its focus on encouraging developers to build apps compatible with both Ethereum Virtual Machine and Move, Pontem positions itself at the forefront of crypto innovation.
